Agent Desktop Display (ADD) in Citrix - does not work

We have installed Agent Desktop Display (ADD) in CITRIX, it works on the Citrix server directly, however when loading ADD on the Citrix clients the software cannot access the correct server (it tries to go out through the proxy to the internet - rather than connecting directly to the correct server)

Has anyone seen this before/got a solution?

This was resolved by adding an entry into the proxy.pac so the server did not try to go out to the internet to find the requried server.
