Agent Desktop - Critical Error

After upgrading AACC to 6.4 all of our AAAD softphones intermittently (several times per day)give an Agent Desktop - Critical Error saying to examine the logfile at C:\users etc. and then freezes and kicks the agent out. We made sure we were on the correct version of .net but I can't figure out what's going on. Any help is much appreciated thanks!
