I can't login to the Call Center on my extn but I can on another.
I've tried and failed on multiple types of phones, multiple Agent IDs.
I tried it on my extn, 1111, and it fails no matter which set.
I thought it was x1111 being programmed in off pbx telephone station mapping but extn 2222 is also optsm and works.
x2222 is on SIP and the others are not.
I keep getting denial event 1382.
