Communications Manager rel 5. I'm attempting to use DID numbers for my agent logins. I have dummy extensions that the agents will log into. Problem is I can't get the correct Caller id to be sent it appears to look at the phone (dummy ext) and not the login is that the way it is? I have made numerous changes to the public unknown form but no go. Any thoughts?
