one of my extensions cannot login to contact centre, I have checked the config and every thing looks good. Could you please advise where i can see the call log so i can figure it out what is the error.
Have you confirmed that the instrument ID is in the ICM as a Device Target?
Have you confirmed that the agent ID has been configured in the ICM?
Have you confirmed that the agent attempting to log in is actually logging in correctly?
