I am using Symposium 4.2 and I have several skillsets that I have the same agents assigned to. However when I look at the Agent Available thru webclient it looks like it is tripling the amout of agents. Is there anyway to correct this?

In webclient the standard skillset display under the agent staff column the total about of agent is tripled.

Is it tripled for each skillset? Or are you looking at a total of all skillsets? I would expect the agents to appear in each skillset of course, but not tripled in each skillset... -Matt

Ok sorry for the confusion, it is being triple on the total of all skillsets
