Agent auto answer

HI All,

Im trying to get auto answer to work on a 4.0.1 system.
ON the station form I have set auto answer to ACD and on the agent login for I have set it ACD. The phone rings and then just keeps flashing on the A key. Any ideas? What am i missing here.
Thx in advance.
 
IDSTech is your test call an ACD call? setting to ACD will not auto answer a direct agent call
