Agent are logged out by PIM

IPCC is on one LAN segment, with 120 agents.
On another LaN there are about 10 agents. Periodically they received following message:
"Your Agent state has been set not ready by the PIM because some calls were routed to you and haven't been received. Please ask administrator for help". so only 10 agents

Have a look at the JTAPI Gateway logs sounds like the PG is losing site of those agent.
 
It may also be a RONA(Ring on No Answer) Call, which means the agent didnt respond the call in a specified time, PIM state the agent to not ready and try to reroute the Call to another available Agent.
