Agent Administration CMS - Reports Tab

Do I need to do something strange to be able to access the Reports tab on Agent Administration in CMS Supervisor?
User has full admin access but can't seem to click on the Reports tab

I wondered if there was nothing in there but when hitting Help with the Agent Admin window open there is an option telling you how to run a report and explaining that you need to choose the Reports tab?

Currently running Version 17 software.

Any clues?
