agent activity report

So I have a user inside the office, they start working from home. I give them an IP phone, change the extension number and name on the ip phone to reflect the one they used in the office, now I can't pull reports on her? I get "no data found" on any report i try to pull up. Any ideas? similar problems?

Does it freak out when you change things?

For what they are charging for this CCC software it should be rock solid, not a bowl of mashed potatoes.
 
Not to accuse you of being blonde or anything, but did you also change the extension form for the phone they used to have and make it a different extension number? And did you actually create a new user form, or simply create a voip extension to match the old user form? If a new user form - make sure you deleted the old user form.

In other words, make sure you don't have 2 "JaneD" users or 2 extension 2001 extensions in your system.

not a problem. Got to get the easy answers out of the way first.

It's set up right. No duplicates. It's like she ceased to exist. I can pull reports right up until the day she switched to a IP hardphone, then "no data found
 
do you still have forced login enabled on the user
CCC only reports on agents (phones that must log in)
 
Have you tried to restart Delta Server ?? Does she show in CCV ??
