I have a customer running IPOCC 10.1.2.3.4 with IPO 11.0. This morning one agent is display the red circle with diagonal slash - ACD Blocked. How did this agent get ACD Blocked and how do I unblock her? Her email queue is working fine, just telephony is blocke.
