HeyHey...

Righty-ho... I've got a simple crosstab showing <number of attendances> against a shortened attendee's <postcode/zipcode>. That works fine, obviously. However, I would like to also add values that show %ages of the total attendees, as opposed to the 'count'. Now, I think I've been doing so much Crystal that I've fried my brain - can anyone point me in the right direction? Please...

Thanks,

J

You can't write formulas the refer to the the cells in a cross-tab. You will need to use a manual cross-tab described in faq149-243. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
