AG241 VPN Tunnel ok but no connectivity

Hi

I have set up a VPN Tunnel between two AG241 routers at different sites. The Tunnel is up and I can ping the remote end router and viceversa, but cannot ping any devices at either end.

Site A router LAN address 10.0.0.1
Site A PC 10.0.0.64 (connected directly to the router)

Site B router LAN address 192.168.47.4
Site B PC 192.168.47.53

Routers can ping each other (LAN IP addresses), but nothing else.

What is stopping access?

Make sure DNS is working.

DNS is configured on both routers. Can ping the router LAN address from either side still, but nothing else.
How can I check if DNS is working?

Ping by device name like a pc.

This is what you should see if it is working.

DNS is is fine on both sides.

The tunnel lasts for a couple hours then disconnects. Cannot reconnect afterwards. reset one end to factory, reconfigured ok. A few hrs later same again, will not re connect. I've given up and ordered 2 RV042's.
