Anyone using an AG1000 for paging? I am getting complaints from users that during and after a page their set no longer sends DTMF.
For example, if a page comes through while they are checking Voicemail they can no longer make selections.
Another example, they use dictation servers. If a page comes through while dictating they will be disconnected from the dictation server.
They page a lot and these issues are annoying. Several have asked to be removed from the Page Zone but that defeats the system.
Here are the specs:
Nortel AG 1000/2000 (Release 6.2.545)
CS1000E Rls 5.5
Call Pilot Rls 5.0
1110, 1120, & 1140 VOIP sets
