I have a customer with a partner two and he wants to add voicemail

the problem is he is running three business and wants three seprate hunt groups answred by the auto attendent with three seprate company names

I dont beleive that the partner VM auto attendent will do more than two seperate comapanys

any one have a recomandation for another VM that will intergrate well with the partner but allow three seperate auto attendents .

I have had nothing but problems with the Amanda voice mail line. If the money is available, upgrade to a Partner ACS and Partner Messaging. The messaging can have 4 Auto attendants and I beleive 200 mailboxes. It can go up to six ports on the voice mail and wont use extension ports like the Amanda will.

Just a thought.

The Partner Mail Standalone R3.0 is a great solution as is the VS R5.0 with 4 Auto-attendants. Sounds like a simple configuration and programming setup any trained Lucent Partner tech can accomplish.

Yes the VS5 will give you 4 auto att. should handle you cust very easily, you can also use the Message 1 mail with the Partner II

I agree with Drewmich. Make sure your Partner II is a R3.1 or higher as well. If not, the time/date stamp will not work properly.

the partner messaging r1 or r6 or the vsr5 all have multiple auto attendants

thanks for all the replies

looking at the stand alone release 3.00

some how I thought I had read that I was limited to two auto attendents re-reading the manual I see that I can have up to three which will work for this application

Keyvoice will give you all the features of the Partner Mail and then some, for less money. And it is nice to hook an keyboard and monitor to for programming and checking the status of the system. It will give you more storage time and better message notification among other things.

Skip,

The Partner Mail R3.0 is a solid choice for a voice mail that will meet your needs.

Ghostin,
Are you a Comdial/KeyVoice dealer. This is the first post that I've seen with Comdial or KeyVoice. I am a dealer of this product line and I definately agree with you. You don't get a more seamless and flexible solution than that of the Corporate Office(Small,Lite,Debut). Even the Dx80 with the inskin voice mail would handle this situation perfectly at a very affordable price.
