We've just upgraded to sharepoint portal server 2003 from windows sharepoint services 2.0. After the upgrade, we restored our sites that were created under wss and we started creating sites from within sps. One thing that we noticed right away was that on new sites created that there is a link in the top right corner of the site that goes back up to the sharepoint portal main page but on the sites that were created under wss, there isn't a link that points up to the sharepoint portal main page. Is there a way to get that link there?

TIA,

Chris

Yes if you go to the admin page for the wss site under site settings. there is an option to link the site to a portal. Just enter the portal url there.
