After upgrade to NW5sp6a, high utilisation on server

I have recently upgraded one of our Netware 5.0 Servers to SP6a. The Server is running perfectly most of the time but every half an hour at 2 minutes or 32 minutes past the hour the server jumps to 80% utilization for about 3 minutes.

Anyone got any ideas why?? I have watched dstrace and cannot see anything wrong, the users don't appear to have any problems. The server is only a file and print server and I have unloaded everything like Backup Exec and Netshield.

We are running NDS 7 currently a mixture of DS 7.47 and 7.51.
