After Upgrade to CR10 from CR8.5 Label issues

What type of database? Connectivity used? Did you upgrade crystal only, or was the crystal upgrade a part of an entire system upgrade?
By labels do you mean a label style report? By text do you mean a text object or a text database field?

I would also try changing the printer settings, Crystal, as with most Windows programs, is printer dependent.
