after upgrade: Incompatible Image

Hello

We are using 3300 Switch. I made a Software Upgrade from version 2.0 to 2.7. Now a get on the Unit Status this: Software Upgrade Status Incompatible Image. Is this noraml??
An other 3300 switch I got back from repair from 3com, and they made also the Software Upgrade to the new Version, and there I have excatly the same Status: Software Upgrade Status Incompatible Image.

Thanks a lot for any answer.
