After Upgrade from 3.5 to 3.7, CDR stop working.

Before the upgrade from 3.5 to 3.7, I was able to transfer the CDR using FTP. I would login to the BCM and "transfer immediately"....all the CDR would be transferred, no issues.

Now, after the upgrade...when I do the same transfer, a file is transferred, but there are no data in the file.
Seems like the BCM stop recording the data. Anyone else experience this before? Any ideas how I can resolve this?
