After the Novell Admin password was

After the Novell Admin password was changed, Arcserve cannot authenticate the server password. The original password in unknown. I had reinstalled Arcserve and still cannot authenticate admin password. I was able to format teh tapes, but backup cannot perform due to this problem.
This problem is with Arcserve 7.0 running on Novell 4.1.
Any suggestions?

also i am able to login to the novell server fine. because i have admin access
