I got a call from one of my customers yesterday & was told that when they tried to transfer calls or place calls on hold via switch hook flash or recall button from analog sets, it disconnects the call. At first, I figured it was operator error but sure enough when I tried from an analog phone on my system (R 11.0.4.5.0 build 3)same result. I have messed with the Flash Hook Pulse Width in the Extensions tab, & tried setting as IVR port but no success. Has anyone else experienced this & have you found the fix?
