After print????

I have a column in a table that has the status of records. What I would like to do is have the statuses removed after I have printed the Reports? Can someone help me make this work.

An easy way would be to make an Update query the does the action you require and then call that query as the report is closed.

Actually I had to run an sql script to get this one to work right. It now removes the *N from new records and also the *A. I
