after market acd for norstar

I have an 0x32 w/5.0 software and want someting other than cintech acd

why not cintech?

try the callpilot basic call center package

customers it department does not like the os/2 platform they like to mess with the system

mess with anybodys system and out goes warranty and support and cintech is a sweet little system and os/2 is real stable unlike windows

tell them to design there own system that way your out of the picture
