After Magnifier use, window wont Maximize

I was playing around with things on the start menu, and decided to check out the Magnifier in the Start Menu --> Accessibility. Well, when I ran it IE was at full screen. The window bumped the full screen down a bit. I figured when I close the Magnifier the window will maximize itself again. Well it didnt. I tried playing with the settings but ran out of ideas. Anyone out there know of a registry setting?
