Hi,

We have move licenses (move/rehost) from IP Office 500V2 R11 to the IP Office Server Edition R11, all licences showing valid state except "IP500 Universal PRI channels", it is showing as "Obsolete" state

I will attach the existing IPO 500V2 as expansion to the new IPO SE, so the reason why I have move licenses in order to have centralized host-ID, but the E1 channles are not showing valid

Does anyone had the same issue before ?

Thank you in advance.

Are you using WebLM or Local mode ?

For this to work you would need to use the WebLM on Server Edition.

Hi janni78,

I use local mode for the IPO SE, you mean I should use WebLM of IPO SE to resolve issue ?

Thank you.

As I understand it from reading the help in licenses, in Local Mode you need to put the PRI licenses on the expansion.

You mean I should move/re-host only the PRI licence from IPO SE to the IPO 500V2 (Expansion host-ID) in order to work ?

Thank you

Thank you chriscon

I will try first to configure WebLM for IPO SE and put the licences on it, then will see if I have PRI license showing valid
Else, I will rehost only the PRI licenses to the IPO Expansion V2

Thank you for you all
