After installing the cluster servic

After installing the cluster service and going through the
config we get this message:

Cluster service Setup did not find any disks on the shared
SCSI bus that meets the criteria for clustering. Disks on
the cluster storagemust be formatted using the NTFS file
system and must not be configured as dynamic disks. For
information about installing a disk on the shared SCSI
bus, click help.

what exactly does this mean?

The disk are formatted with NTFS and are in basic mode.

For clustering, do the disk need to be in a raid array?

you may need to setup the cluster with the -localquorum switch
