After installing second LCOT4 card, leading digit for CO lines not working

Over the weekend I installed a second LCOT4 card so we can use 4 additional CO lines. I did not connect those lines yet, but assumed the system would work as it did before. We used to dial 9 to get an outside line, but have found that it no longer works. On desk phones they dial the number directly without the 9....and on wireless phones they are unable to get a line as they don't have CO line buttons (they need to be able to dial 9 to get a CO line).

Can anyone advise where in the maintenance console the setting is for the number you dial in order to grab a CO line?

Assign unused trunks into a different trunk group to your current working trunks ie:
Line 1 TG1
Line 2 TG1
Line 3 TG1
Line 4 TG1
Line 5 (New TG64) etc/...
