After installing Act to a Windows 2000 machine and rebooting the machine I get the Act hasn't been properly installed or damaged error. I followed the bellow article and it didn't help. No registry entries ever get created in the HKLM folder, just in the HKCU folder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
