All of a sudden I am having problems with imported videos during and after editing. During scrolling through any video I have an error repeatedly coming up, it goes like this.
After effects error: preparing to open video frame. the parameter is incorrect(3)

Obviously it has a problem opening a paticular frame but how do I rectify this.
