after effects error missing global text resources (76::0)

Icouldn't get Adobe after effects installed so I checked my .net framework 1.1 configuration but it and the netframework wizard both generate fatal execution engine errors (mmc.exe and configwizard.exe exception errors).

I can't uninstall net framework and start over reinstalling net framework and aftereffects.

am i hooped?

gahhhh.... sounds miserable.

Fortunately, I believe that there is free support that comes with AE for installation after you first purchase it.
