After Effect to VCD Format

Anybody know how to export After effect to fit VCD format, Audio 44.1Khz : Stereo 224Kbit/s, Video 352 X 288 / 25Hz.
I tried assign properties in Composition settings and export settings, resulting Avi but Nero Burner said that the file cannot be decoded to fit VCD format.
Any other way ?

it's not possible. for a vcd you need seperate audio and video mpeg layers and after effects cant handle that yet. get discreet cleaner 5 or if your on a budjet, roxio toast titanium 5 and encode using either apps. post on
