hmm so if i shouldn't copy then i have to figure out how to build

how can i tell if an extension is internal extension only or an dial from outside line? I set up a extension but i can't call it from outside now. works interal though.

That's one way to tell ;-)

But you will probably have to call your telco and ask them for a list of the number blocks you bought from them.

On your switch, in ld 20, you can:
REQ: prt
ludn
enter, enter until it shows you all your unused DN's but that won't tell you which ones are actual DID numbers (direct inward dial). But you may be able to get a pretty good idea from seeing that list and knowing what numbers are currently being used by your company.

yeah that is how i got my dn that i used.

I have been using the CPY command fo over 30 years and your answer is how rumors get started, the system will not alow you to CPY an ACD set. Some people say don't make changes to an ACD set or it will cause Corruption, but I have never seen any.
