After changing sendmail.mc, should I run something 1

You need to run m4 (located on redhat in /usr/bin/m4) in order to rebuilt sendmail.cf
1. backup your current sendmail.cf
2. m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
3. restart sendmail
Suggest doing this on a test system first to make sure your changes didn't break anything, then do so on production system.
