After certification what to pu on resume?

Do I get a logo to put in resume?
Is that logo a must for employers to verify?

Should I mention separately in my resume that I am certified in such and such area?

A sample would be greatly appreciated.

Just put O.C.P next to your name, then you can add a section near education, call certification(s), where you can be more specific like "Oracle 9i DBA Certified Professional".
