After booking a resource automatically inform someone

Hello together

I setup our conference room as a resource and that works fine. Now I would like to inform automatically a person, as soon as someone books the room. How can I configure a resource to send automatticly an email to someone, as soon as somebody booked the resource?

Any Ideas?
