After Backup Database Entrys lost

After Backup with Arcserve2000uk SP4 the Job Entrys in the Database were lost after a while.
It seems that they are lost, after the next Backup-Job starts.
Does anyone heard about these Problem?

what do you mean by Job entries in the database are lost...

Job entries are stored in the 00000001.qsd folder..

please elaborate the problemm...

is the job status manager empty??

or what exactly is happening..
