After a restart, I get an error that Himem.sys is missing then get c:\

After a restart, I get an error that Himem.sys is missing then get c:\. If I do a hard boot Windows will come up fine. Restart can be either: Start,Shut Down,Restart or a contoll-alt-del.

I'd suggest renaming the config.sys in root to something else, then test again. If the error goes away, check the path to himem.sys in the config.sys file.
