I have it setup in Avaya Voicemail Pro and IP Office so that when a customer calls into a huntgroup it sends them to the queue (if busy). After 5 minutes of queued and still queued messages it then goes to voice mail. Can I setup so that after the 5 minutes it will prompt to either leave a voice message or continue to hold? (press 1 to continue to hold or 2 to leave a voice message)
