After 5 mins on hold can I promt to stay hold or voicemailH

I have it setup in Avaya Voicemail Pro and IP Office so that when a customer calls into a huntgroup it sends them to the queue (if busy). After 5 minutes of queued and still queued messages it then goes to voice mail. Can I setup so that after the 5 minutes it will prompt to either leave a voice message or continue to hold? (press 1 to continue to hold or 2 to leave a voice message)

Yes you can.
Make a condition and put a "compare" in it.
Set value A as an "$TIMEQUEUED"
IF is set as "greater or equal to"
Value B is set as "300" in seconds for 5 minutes.

Put a test condition in your queue and still queued for the group.

open the "test condition" action and select the condition you made.

Connect it from the start point to the test condition.
Connect the "false" result to your generic action with the announcement and connect the "true" result to a leave mail action.
