After 5.3 uppgrade lpar not dlpar capable

Hi,
I just did a migration upgrade from 5.2 to 5.3 ML4 on an lpar on a p650. No problems with the upgrade but now Dynamic Logical Partitioning is not an option on the lpar.
lssyscgf show DLAR is NO on the hmc. How can I fix this?

Check host name resolution and reverse lookup on both HMC and LPAR. Most if not all DLPAR problems (especially on p4 HMC and servers) is related to name resolution.

Probably an RMC key problem, regenerate the RMC key for the LPAR and restart the daemon
/usr/sbin/rsct/install/bin/recfgct
/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -z
/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -A

yeah i would most likely think that it's an RMC Problem!
