We are a very small non-profit organization on a tight budget looking for an affordable backup solution.
Currently, we have about 10GB (from 2 servers) of data being manually backed up weekly to a "spare" PC. I would like to automate this process and implement a removable media solution.
One of the servers is a W2K Backoffice/Exchange server (would like brick level backup); the other is an NT4 fileserver. The Exchange server does have a SCSI LVD/SE port; the NT server does not.
One of our vendors recommended an AIT2 tape drive and Backup Exec software at a price of over $3000! Does anyone have an effective but lower cost idea?
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
