How to check the AES license..

We have AES 3.2 sending CTI events NICE system [NICE perform R2]

In security database tab: Device & device group options are there?

whats the difference between them..

at the max. how many devices monitored by AES...

currently in our case around 3840 extensions are present in monitordevice.txt[present NICE CLS]

Kindly suggest ...

Thanks in advance ! ! !

hi Aes servers come in differenct flavours depending on number of agents recorded and cti events.

Low and Medium are for SMB and high is for large contact centers.

NICE have a calcualtion tool based on number of monitored devices as the number of calls going into interaction center database becomes a factor.

Also what are you using cvlan, tsapi ?

we are using TSAPI. My concern is at what extent aec get full & is there any impact of this to recording ?

because our CC is very big in size....

daily basis we are adding the stations to AES...

One more question...is there any alternate way to avoid the CLS service restart after adding the devices in AES...

Kindly suggest...

devices are the ext or virtual ext and devices groups is where you add the devices so nice can monitored them.
