Good Day Everyone,
I am getting into a Finger Pointing contest with a T-Server Log File in the Genesys world and need to see exactly what events came from the AES server. I can see the log files from the T-Server on the Genesys side, but I need to see what the AES server sent. Can someone point me in the right direction of any log files? Or if they are turned off, can someone show me how to enable them?

As always, your help is very appreciated...
Thanks,
Perry

UPDATE: I just spoke with Avaya and this sort of tracing is proprietary information... C'mon Avaya... Most others are allowing this sort of detail. Patient Heal Thy Self? If we could see detailed logs it would help a TON in troubleshooting...
