AES DLG links lost connection

Hi All,

We had this in our AES logs today when we lost connection on our CTI application. Here is a bit of our AES log when the errors occured...

12:17:57 ERROR:WARNING:trans_serv:getNextMsgToSend:Write queue for switch, AESSydney, is out of sync or being flushed
12:17:57 ERROR:WARNING:trans_serv:getNextMsgToSend:Write queue for switch, AESSydney, is out of sync or being flushed

12:18:01 ERROR:FYILG:recvData:CTI link 10 for switch, AESSydney, reported a status change to "Link Up"

If anyone can let us know what the errors mean, that would be greatly appreciated.
