Hello all,
We have a CM 5.1.2 with latest patch and AES rel 4 latest patch connected to a voicelogging server.(single step conf)
We have 20 licensed API-A in CM and as well in the AES server license file.
The problem is that some of the cti-stations in CM give a out-off-service state after some time.
After restarting the AES server(or the voicerecorder)all channels are available again.

Anyone suggestions where to look?

Thx

knoester,

browse through aes logs, see if cmapi extensions are unregistered from the logger. search logger side logs for cmapi registration errors. that could be either of them but the chance that it's logger misbehaving is fatter.

Regards, Alex.
