AE Book

Hey all,
I have heard that "Creating motion graphics in After EFFECTS" is a great book to start out with. My question is, for anyone who has used this book as a learning tool do you recommend getting the book w/ CD? here is the link off of amazon of the different choices..

btw i have AE 5.5 and have lots of experience with Premiere, FCP and amd just starting to get pretty good @ Photoshop. Thanks for any advice.

Don't know the book I'm afraid, but there's loads of free tutorials on-line at creative cow .com, plus a very good forum.
