AE-360PCI Ethernet network card drivers

Hello evryone,
I have big problem,
Because I formating disk now I have problem with my network card drivers.It is unpossible to find drivers on net so Iam asking you for quick help as soon as possible.
Network card is AE-360PCI Ethernet and OS is 98se
My PC after restarting recognize card like ROCKWELL BUT i do not think it is that one maybe it should be ADDTRON.
Before formating when i check which network adapter is install it was AE-360PCI Ethernet
