Advice signal in ericsson dialog 4222 1

Hi

Sometimes my ericsson dialog 4222 IP phones show a warning signal like this one:

The phone seems to work properly: outgoing, incoming phone calls, etc. But I don't wanna have users' phone calls about this issue.

Any idea why I get this signal?

This is usually the sign that MXOne registration is not available and the phone has registered with the fallback EBN? You have EBN?

It make sense to me.

Since several weeks ago I have configured all the IP phones to get the configuration from a webserver and I have updated the firmware of some of them.
With the new firmware/configuration now IP phones have 3 GK (only one before the update): Primary, Secondary and backup
