Advice on my site please...

I've done a few sites in my time, but never really asked the experts what they thought, so that's what I'm doing now!

PS - The 'skip intro' link on the title page doesn't work at the mo - I know about this and will fix it tonight when I get home.

The site is looking good, simple and informative.

I think you could do with a couple of pictures/photos to add some interest because all the pages are a bit bland at the moment. Also, I imagine the sites potential visitors would be interested to actually see what this church is like, rather than just read about it.

Apart from that, good stuff!

Once we've had our first meeting in October (at which we're going to take loads of photos) we should have a page with those piccies on.

Just a few comments, hope they help.

1. I think it's a bit black. You might consider reversing the colours at least on the content pages. personal choice, I never really liked black web pages.

2. Its a little bit plain, you might find some way to break up the page, to differentiate the header and left col from the content sections.

3. again personal choice but i'd leave any shockwave work on just the front page. You have it also on About Dream. I'd keep it text only within the site.(apart from logos etc!)

Hi CIan,

thanx for the advice. Unfortunately, the colour scheme is made to match all the publicity and was asked for by the people I'm doing this for - so can't change that.

The flash in the main bit of the site is only there until the head peeps at dream supply me with the text I need - so no worries there.

But I'll look at your other suggestion about the frames and columns - see what I can come up with.
