I'm looking for a good document on upgrading from an NT 4 domain to a 2000 Active Directory. Do any of these monsters exist? I'm a one man shop with 6 servers and 50 or so workstations so I am going to need any help I can get.

Thanks much

Preparation :
First, design your DNS & AD namespace
Design your network topology, and in case you are using leased lines to connect to remote sites, prepare to set up IP subnets
Next, define security needs & assign delegation

Upgrade path :

take a BDC offline
Upgrade your PDC and emulate PDC on Win2K server
next, upgrade your BDC's
After upgrading all server, perform dcpromo to install AD on your first server

When upgrading your server, pay particular attention to the Hardware Compatibility List. Like the other fellow said... make sure you have a BDC (offline) so you have a road home if the upgrade fails.
